As the situation surrounding COVID-19 continues to develop, our law firm remains committed to providing legal services. We are closely monitoring the latest developments and working to safeguard the health and well-being of our clients, employees, and all of our business and community partners.
At this time, the North Carolina Supreme Court has temporarily cancelled most court matters until April 17, 2020. The Courthouse remains open at this time and is still available for real estate recordings.
Our office is open and operating on a normal schedule, however, some of our attorneys and staff will be working remotely during this time. We are attempting to limit in-person meetings, and you may be asked to either reschedule or conduct your meeting via telephone or video conference. In addition, we can conduct signing conferences in the parking area for clients who are unable to come into our office.
If you are sick or believe that you may have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, please do not come into our office. You may call our office at (828) 353-2560 to make alternative arrangements.
Thank you.
